Hand Drum

The drum has been used for healing purposes for thousands of years. It is a tool for sacred rituals, social integration and restoration of harmony. When drumming alone or in a drum circle, a sense of oneness may occur along with a connection to the earth. Through rhythmic repetition of ritual sounds, the body, brain and nervous system undergo a shift in consciousness and are energized and transformed.
